Munich/Puchheim, 22 July 2024 – PRIMEPULSE hat einen Aktienkaufvertrag mit MiddleGround Capital geschlossen und sich verpflichtet, als Minderheitsaktionärin an STEMMER IMAGING investiert zu bleiben, zusammen mit MiddleGround Capital.
PRIMEPULSE has entered into a share purchase agreement with MiddleGround Capital and has committed to remain invested in STEMMER IMAGING as a minority shareholder, together with MiddleGround Capital.
