NEURA acquires ADLATUS Robotics, bringing Physical AI to Professional Cleaning

NEURA Mobile Robots GmbH acquires 100 percent of the shares in Ulm-based ADLATUS Robotics GmbH, an established provider of autonomous cleaning robotics. Following the recent addition of Bosch Rexroth’s ACTIVE Shuttle to its portfolio, this marks another step in NEURA’s strategy: bringing together diverse robots and applications onto a shared Physical AI infrastructure, thereby turning intelligence from individual machines into a scalable platform.
